Our highly trained and experienced staff strives to provide a fun energetic setting for your child while ensuring that they incorporate learning in every activity.

To ensure every child receives the needed attention we keep small classroom ratios.

All staff members have been fingerprinted and have undergone a Level 2 background checked through Department of Children and Families. All staff also had a local criminal background check completed prior to working in our center.

All our staff members have completed the 45-clock hours mandated course, required by the state, and are required to attend 10 hours of continuing education each year.

At NGK we require all staff to attend CPR and first aid training and to maintain their certifications.

From when we originally started we have been able to retain 95% of our staff . Our teachers and staff love what they do and love inspiring and shaping young minds.

Owner

Mrs. Trina has a love and passion for children at the center and in the community. She has spent much of her 20+ year career and life assisting youth in encouraging them to see their full potential and success through their younger years. Her love and passion for the kids is felt each day by the kids and parents alone. She has obtained her AS degree, Director credentials, and is advocate on pushing her staff and parents to continue education no matter age.

Ms. Jazz loves pushing our kiddos to be the best version of themselves. She's a listening ear to our kids, parents and staff along. She works with staff to build and create a fun and energetic learning environment. She has been a valued employee and has been with the organization from day one. Moving her way up from team lead, teacher, to now director.

Mrs. Katelyn has been working in the childcare industry for over 5 year. She has obtained her AS degree and is enthusiastic about higher learning and continuing her education further. Katelyn has many years success in preparing her kids in her VPK class for elementary school and has obtained passing scores of all state evaluations.
